Settings regarding smarty data

Hi, excuse my ignorance,  I am not getting a good reception for my data through Smarty.

In settings do I turn off WiFi?, do I use data roaming as well as enabling data through my network?

I'm in Norfolk, does anyone have problems with 4g.

Enabling the data on your phone will help as well as using WI-FI, for more direct assistance our customer care team are on hand to help https://smarty.co.uk/contact available daily from 8am – 8pm.

@AlanYou_3165417  You can leave WiFi on and your phone will connect whenever it can.

You should leave mobile data set to on so that it takes over when you move out of your WiFi range.

A coverage check will give an indication for your part of Norfolk and then also do a network status check for the area.
