Requesting a new sim from dashboard

Hi everyone 

My plan is active but I need to request a new sim after I mistakenly insert the bonus one becoz I only received one sim by post.

Been told to login then request the sim...now while am logged in I cannot see the sim request option through dashboard! Any help please?
