I recently received a replacement SIM from SMARTY as my old one stopped working. This arrived but it has not transferred my existing number. I now have a working SIM with a brand new number. I desperately need my old number re-instating. Does anybody know how I can resolve this issue??
I have emailed SMARTY several times and received no response from them.
