I recently had to request a new SIM card as my old one stopped working. This arrived but has not kept my old/existing phone number. I now seem to have a working SIM with a new number. I desperately need my old number re-instating. Does anybody have any ideas of how I can resolve this? I have emailed SMARTY three times with no reply.

@ClaireE_1583734 It looks like you ordered a new sim rather than a replacement sim.
A replacement sim would have carried your own number plus your Smarty plan.
I suggest a web chat with Smarty Support Team to see if they can sort this for you.
