Renew after a promotion

Recently joined smarty and am very pleased. Joined with a promotion and wondered what happens at the end of promotion period. Can I renew some how with the company that I used to join in the first place?. I ask because it worked out cheaper than if I joined direct with smarty.

The promotion will last for a certain amount of months. After that it will revert back to its usual tarrif price and data amount. For example, I signed up for the £8 for 24 GB instead of the 12gb. It’s a one month contact but after 15 months the deals stops and I will only get 12GB.  It really an issue as they do so many deals I’ll move over lol
