New customer yo Smarty. Why have I started getting messsges asking me to remove/replace sim to keep my original number? I did it the other day and now it's asking again??

If you've recently ported your number to SMARTY, you should receive an SMS notification instructing you to use the new SMARTY SIM card, indicating that the number porting process was successful. Kindly insert the SMARTY SIM card and check if your services are operational with your ported number.
