I have bought a sim card. I set up an account. I entered a PAC code to transfer my number . I set up my contract. Now the system tells me it is allocating a number and will send me a sim card in a few days. I don't need another sim card, nor a new number. I just need to be able to activate my purchased sim TODAYH. ow can I do this?

You may have accidently purchased a new SIM rather than activating the SIM you have I recommend speaking to our customer care team who may be able to assist you further https://smarty.co.uk/contact available daily from 8am – 8pm.

Nowhere does it clearly show you how to do this, if you follow the instructions on the sim card box that's obviously wrong as it's not allowing that Sims activation

Also had that issue,bought a sim followed details now can't activate as they are posting another sim! **bleep** frustrating, why have an option to buy a sim elsewhere if the just going to post another
