Referal sim

Hi, just joined, got one sim for my daughter, saw the refer a friend offer, so a sim has arrived, gunna give it to my son. How do i do this, dont know how to activate and pick a pkan etc, first sim was straight forward but not sure, this sim has no phone number, can anyone help a technophobe?😁

Your friend will activate the sim and the system will know that it was referred by you.
