@TavitCh_1504195 When you make calls, are they coming out of your add-on credit at 50p per minute? (or are you calling via an internet app on some wifi data?) You also need credit to receive calls at 5p per minute.
Are you in the same spot when you make calls as when someone is trying to call you? I'm wondering if the signal is variable.
Have you considered a local sim or an Esim if your phone can accept it? You can then call via WhatsApp or similar and this should be a lot cheaper.
