Hello
My wife is in my group plan, however the account has now been closed. We would like to reactive the account however it says the email is in use. The app will not let her order a new SIM or choose a new plan.
Please help 🙂

If it's saying the email is in use, she'll either need to log into her old account with her username and password (it is still possible to do this with old accounts for a period of time after the mobile service has been terminated) and order from there, or will need to create a new account with a different email address.
