My Porting didn't go through correctly. I'm unable to receive calls and text from anyone on the EE network. I had this problem since the 2nd of January!

I'm unable to receive calls from my partner who is on EE! I can receive Vodafone and O2 calls but not texts! Web chat it's been useless for 2 days solid!! They keep sending me informations about Samsung Phones and I told them already twice I have a Google Pixel. 😭😭😭
