Pensioner new to smarty
Please can someone tell me if the blue line is what I have used
Or is it what I have left I'm confused
The blue line is the data you have left
Also, under the blue line, at the left hand side of the blue line, it will actually say how much you have left.

Cheryl66 I assume you are looking on the website dashboard. The blue line says 'usage' and there is a grey line for the right hand half called 'add ons'.
If you click on the 'add ons' that becomes blue instead and shows any that you have purchased (for things like international calls or extra data).
Underneath the 'usage' line you should see a thick yellow bar with 'x.xxGb left'
If you are not seeing this then you need to have a web chat with Smarty Support so that they can check your account.
