I’ve paid my monthly bill but I still can’t make calls etc 

can anyone help I’ve turned my phone off and rebooted it but no luck

@KatieWi_1479300  Please take a look at your dashboard to see if you have an active plan showing there. 

If there is an active plan and you still cannot get any service, you will need a web chat with Support team so that they can look at your account and sort it for you.

When you say 'monthly bill' I assume that you mean that you have renewed a plan.
