I d like to put some credit on my phone but I can’t find a way to do this without going to a PayPoint?  This seems very last century and I m disabled so not very convenient either . Thank you

Purchase a Out of Plan Add-on and convert it to Account Credit.

e.g. Purchase a £20 International calls, texts and data Add-on:

Click on the Out of plan add-on box and you will see the following option:

Click on the 'Convert to account credit' button shown above. You now have £20 account credit and this credit will be used to pay for your SMARTY plan each month. 

e.g. If you purchase a plan that costs £5 per month, your account credit will drop to £15. When it renews next month the payment will be deducted from your account credit, leaving you with a £10 account credit balance.
