Payback/Rewards

I used to be a member of the giffgaff forum and for being a active supportive member to the forum community you were given kudos and payback so I think it was 3 or 4 times a year you for money back. 

I don't think it was revealed how it was measured but its a brilliant idea to keep things progressing.

Are there any plans for rewards/payback on the smarty side?

I too was a member of that forum.

I have to say that I hope Smarty does not go down that root because it ended up with people posting simply in the hope that they would receive more payback, rather than trying to actually be of help to other members. It often ended up in a bunfight between 'personalities' on the forum - some of them seem to spend all day there!

I agree that there was no transparency when it came to how payback was awarded.
