Can I pause (put on hold) my current plan? I have removed auto renewal but I still have 28 days left on my plan and would like to pause it. I got a date only sim but the 5G router I have, only gives me a fraction of the possible speed. I’m currently looking for a new router but in the meantime the sim is just sat there been unused.

While you certainly can pause the auto-renew (as you've already done) and that can last for 220 days, you cannot get a refund on the current month as far as I can see.
In reality, Smarty would need to do a calculation to see how much of your data allowance had been used and then make a proportionate refund to the account - something that really would not be feasible I think.
If they did it on time basis, some people might have used most of their data in the first few days. how would it work for the Unlimited Data plans?
