Hi, I joined smarty a long time ago and transferred from O2 with a PAC number.
My phone has been working fine.
today when I went onto my dashboard it was asking me to re enter my number and add a pac code to transfer my number to smarty.
I am a little confused? I’m going abroad tomorrow - to Spain. And have never been able to get my phone to work on past trips even though I have changed the settings as per the instructions.
any suggestions?
