O2 PAC smarty says re-check number, Checked it 10x all ok not working, Any way to get the code to work?

Hi @AndrewIm_446948 a PAC from O2 usually begins with TEL followed by 6 numbers. Does that match what you are submitting? You might also want to try submitting your number beginning with 44 instead of 0 to see if this makes a difference.
