Over the past 3 weeks my connectivity is aweful

Recently... My ability to text or make calls is aweful . It's is not resolving and doesn't seem to be a temporary situation . What can I do because talking to a human seems to be impossible . There is no use being value for money if I cant make calls or text . Any suggestions
