Hello, are Smarty offering compensation for the outage on 1st Dec?
I personally was inconvenienced as I could not perform some urgent banking for my house move due to being unable to verify my device by text due to the outage

@KeithSa_1468261 If you look at Terms & Conditions, 4.6 and 4.7 suggest to me that they will not be required to do that. Anything you may be offered would be a token offer - let's face it, the most expensive plan costs less than 70p per day!
I don't think that a firm can be held responsible for contingent losses of that nature. If your phone had broken down, would you be able to get compensation from Apple, Samsung etc?
