Agggh
You told me I had until 2.30pm to get credit into my bank to renew my plan. So I managed to borrow enough money to put the money into the the bank at 2.30 on the dot so no one else would be able to take the money before you could. Then suddenly my phone stopped working about 11.30am, and I've now missed the deadline because I had no way to contact you to tell you the payment was ready. I'm soooo angry!!!

As you are managing to post on the forum still, you can get in touch with Smarty Support via web chat to explore the problem. Did you get the name of the person who told you that you had until 2.30 pm? - seems like an odd time for a renewal.
