Has anybody had smarty transfer the wrong number in a group plan?
Been waiting for my original number to be recovered for weeks now and been in touch four times with them and now they are saying there was a fault which they are sorting.
However my son called my original number and somebody else is now using that number.
I'm concerned now about data protection as I haven't changed my number with banks, schools etc as they said it was being recovered.

@StaceyGi_396291 I have seen posts from several people who have reported this problem. Whether it is a genuine issue at Smarty or just user error I don't know, as I've never had a group plan myself.
Out of interest, when you submitted the PAC to Smarty, didn't it confirm which number the ported in number would replace if you proceeded? I seem to recall it doing that when you submit a PAC on an individual Smarty account, and it would seem even more important for it to do that confirmation on a group plan.
