anybody any idea why there seems to be problem importing my old number which at the moment appears to be on my old asda sim & my new smarty one but my smarty app say its the original smarty number.

@IanEast_3146660 You may need to web chat with Smarty support.
Did you get an email telling you that the port process is complete? What number shows on the web page account dashboard (not the app)?

just an email saying there is a problem. web page account dashboard shows different number asda sim shows same number as smarty one

@IanEast_3146660 I think you will need that web chat. The web page log in seems to be far more reliable than the app in my experience.
What date were you given for the port to complete? They don't usually happen over weekends.
