No voice calls on my phone nor my son's for last couple of days, both fine before and 4g compatible. CF381HL has an issue on the server checker but any idea when this is going to be fixed? We all moved to Smarty from Tesco/O2 because of a similar incident so not too pleased at the moment.

@MagicMan We are customers like you and so don't get that level of information unfortunately.
You could try a web chat with Smarty Support but don't hold your breath for a definitive answer.

Just joined today,no outgoing calls can be made. Data, recieving calls working.

@AlanDon_2993109 Did you wait until your dashboard showed that everything was in place i.e. number and Smarty plan?
If in doubt, you can try turning off and then back on. If that fails, sometimes a network reset will do the job.
Sometimes the system takes a while to catch up with itself when you have just joined.
