I don’t know what else to say but this company doesn’t offer any real support for its customer.
I’ve wasted so much time today trying to add an already activated sim, I have just gone round and round in circles.
It’s a shambles.

@KevinOha_136159 Do you mean add an activated sim to an existing group? If so, you send an invitation to the sim owner and they accept it to join.
