No signal after putting sim into phone

I ported over a number from my old phone when signing up to smarty. I've received emails saying it was done successfully but I have no signal.

I've tried putting the sim into a different phone and it did not work. I've restarted my phone a few times but nothing changed.

What else can I try?

@asianprof  Check your account dashboard and see if there is a number showing as well as an active Smarty plan. If not, contact Support Team via web chat.
