I use a wifi modem and data only sim to access the internet on my laptop when we're away from home. Four days out of five I've been unable to access the internet at postcode DL12 9TJ. The modem works perfectly at TS11 postcode. I've switched the sim card to another modem with exactly the same result. The coverage map shows excellent coverage. It makes no difference indoors or out. Anyone any ideas before I cancel my contract?

@TonySin_1752864 I replied on your other post. There is an issue with service in that postcode according to the Network Status Checker.

According to the network status checker at 20:35 tonight it's excellent indoor and outdoor. Unfortunately I can't check the checker when I'm there as there's usually no internet.

Unfortunately I can't use the status checker when I'm there as there is no internet, however, using the status checker from home today, there's no service due to problems. Happy to check it every day for a week and then see how I fell about Smarty.

@TonySin_1752864 You don't need to actually be there - you can check any postcode from anywhere that you can get online.
