Why does my phone work ok if connected with WiFi but if not in a WiFi spot does my phone stop working..? I can't access the internet, can't make calls, surely I should be able to access the 120GB of data I'm paying for.
@IanElli_1441003 On wifi, you are using a broadband connection and that is not subject to the vagaries of mobile signal.
Have you done a Coverage check and a Network Status check for the area where you are getting slow service? Are you certain that you have Mobile Data turned on in your Settings?
