I have transferred over to you and you email me saying my number and everything has ported over to me and is up and running which it is not
But no one can call me the get a message "the mobile number you called is currently un available" I can call out !
What is going on and why is it so difficult to find had to contact you

I am having the exact same issue and customer service don’t seem to be much help. Has yours now been resolved? I’m getting very stressed as my phone is used for work and I’m pregnant so I got request calls from hospital etc.

I am having same issue - can only recieve other smarty calls but no one else. Live chat doesnt seem to know how to fix the issue
