No connection to 4G internet
I’ve had smarty sim for several years as a hot spot for internet ( not for calls ) for when we’re on holiday at a caravan park,coverage says excellent but I can’t get internet coverage on my osprey EE hot spot device (smarty sim ) . 4G is on but no connection indicators.we have tried turning off device,my monthly plan has been paid automatically.

GaryMcil_585534 Have you used the Smarty sim in the device before? Is it possible that the device is locked to EE? Did you ensure that the APN is set to mob.asm.net?
