Iโve had smarty sim for several years as a hot spot for internet ( not for calls ) for when weโre on holiday at a caravan park,coverage says excellent but I canโt get internet coverage on my osprey EE hot spot device (smarty sim ) . 4G is on but no connection indicators.we have tried turning off device,my monthly plan has been paid automatically.
