No connection - still on credit

Still in credit by 25meg. iPad says no internet connection( this has been in five different locations noe) reset router and reset iPad made no fifference

@IanLars_1601076 @I think you need to have a webchat with Support Team. Firstly check that you have an active plan showing on your account dashboard and also check for any local network issues.
