no calls in or out or voice mail

OK since 11th september  Ive lost calls going out or in and voice mail Ive got taxes and Internet im on 4g and phone is volte i cant call from house but if i go to Glasgow city centre half a mile away i can make calls thanks for any help

yea no idea whats going on quick to take my money on the 11th sep im only reciving 3g for calls from 11th sep no help from smarty just getting directed to help page 👍
