Is there a way to unblock calls that have ‘No Caller ID’? The NHS scheduled a call with me and as the caller is calling from a home office, they have withheld their home number. As a result, their call does not come through but comes up as a missed call ‘No caller ID’ and I have no opportunity to answer it. I have spoken to Smarty with no help and the NHS has advised that they cannot give me the number of the caller to put on a safe list. I do not have a landline so I’m stuck trying to free up my phone for it still to be blocked. Please help.
