Hello , I'm new to smarty.

My sim just arrived yesterday and inserted but not getting network. 

 

I had previously mistakenly activated the sim yesterday, before the arrival of the sim, don't know if that's the cause.

 

Please what do I do?

@EjikeIb_2811627  This is not clear to me I'm afraid. Do you have two sims now? How did you activate one if you did not have any?

Probably best to web chat with smarty Support and then they can look into your account.
