New sim l can’t register it

Despite following all the information online, there’s no way I can find yellow box to activate a sim I already have. Got the app, and still can’t find it?

I have the same problem, and I have looked, and there is NOTHING on the top right of the main page that says this.

Hi @johnwils_830933 you have to do this through our website, the button to activate your SIM is on the top right of the main page, hope this helps!

It says awaiting number, when I already have it?
