Hi, is smarty network down in Fraserburgh Scotland? AB439ST I haven’t had signal for days

TD9 0DU - pretty much anywhere in the borders and Northumberland, my Data has not been useable for nearly 2 weeks now since I visited.   The service checker just says that an issue is being fixed.  No timeline and no indication of how widespread the problem is.

I just visited Uthred in Bamburg Castle and no singl all the way from Howic to Northeberland and back....

Whats going on?

@SimoneZ_2490295 Have you looked at the Network Status Checker? : https://smarty.co.uk/network-status-checker  Having just checked, there is a problem. You'll be able to use the checker as first stop in the future.
