My Sim didn't arrived after 7 days!

Hi there can anyone explain to me how the smarty delivery works i've waited long enough as they says 5 working buisness day should be deliveried to your address but still waiting Royal Mail correspondence won't shows up am very frustrated myself

@RawaAmeen They use Royal Mail - there's the potential source of the problem! Who knows how long post can take these days?

You could consider buying one from  shop quite cheaply (if you have not already paid money for this one).

@RawaAmeen  Try a web chat with Smarty Support and perhaps they can send another which may turn up a bit quicker. also check that your account address is totally correct in the Account Dashboard.

i was thinking about that thanks mate can't trust 1st classs delivery anymore but the problem is i've been set it up my direct payment on my account i did turn off auto renewal and my furious is if they migrate my old number to my account there will be no chance buying another sim from shop i just don't want mix it up still waiting or alll i do replacement sim card i really dunno
