My add on is not working

Put an add on yesterday as I ran out of data. It still hasn't activated and timer is going down. 

I also issued a single payment to smarty yesterday to buy this add on and it took 4 payments instead of one. Messages kept saying payment failed so I kept trying to find they actually have taken all payments.

You'll probably find that all of the unsuccessful payments are just pending payments, and will disappear in the next few days, but if not, contact Smarty support.

You will need to chat to Smarty support about why your add-on hasn't activated.
