My account is showing as closed

I am currently on a group account and want to update my number to include add ons so I can use when I visit Australia. 

the issue is that it is showing as my account is closed, and offers to remove me permanently. I know this is not the case as I use my phone daily. 

any help much appreciated? @Linkstomembers

Are you the group owner? Only they can make any changes for the group OR individual members.
'The group owner will be able to manage everyone’s usage and payments from one place, change plans and purchase add-ons for each SIM.'
