Hi, my partner has been pickpocket cannot access her email and needs the main group SIM STOPPED AND REPLACED- NO DASHBOARD ACCESS

@DavidJo_1185788 Only Smarty Support can access accounts - your partner will need to web chat with them.
Can she not access her email via a website (maybe using the device you are on now or maybe library)? She could also log into her account and order the replacement sim and that will temporarily block the account until the replacement sim is activated.
