I'm sorry to hear about you losing your phone! We all know how frustrating that can be but do not worry, your number is not lost with it!
All you need to do is sign into the SMARTY app and request a replacement SIM, this will automatically suspend the SIM you have lost so no one is able to use it! Please follow this link to order a replacement - What to do if your SIM card gets lost or stolen | SMARTY Help Centre
Keep in mind the SIM is sent to you by Royal Mail first class which means it will be sent within 1-2 business days.
