Can anyone tell me what dongle works best with smarty my dad has voda phone it's £40 pcm he rarely uses it.

One that works with Smarty, so not network locked up another network. 

Also bear in mind section 5.15 of the Smarty terms and conditions, which specifically advise against using Smarty Mobile as an ongoing permanent replacement for fixed line broadband.
