Help please.
I need the Pause on my Smarty account stopped & plan made active again.
I’ve renewed my plan & the transaction has gone through, reflecting on Dashboard. Despite this, I’m still unable to use internet & make calls.
Please can someone advise where I can go (with link) to contact a customer service agent?? Tried searching for web chat with but can’t find how to chat to a Smarty CS agent & keep going around in circles on Smarty website.

Have you turned off phone and then turned on again? also worth a Network Reset on phone settings.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I did switch phone on & off but that didn’t work. Friend suggested going to settings to switch of & on again Mobile Data, which I did & solved the problem without Smartly web chat.
I’ve since found where web chat link is, so know where I can go if I need to contact customer services
