Why can I not use my out of plan credit £11.00 to enter an ITV competition, I have used it before ?

@AlanTur_1885968 Do you have enough to pay for the competition PLUS the cost of the short code text? Is it an out of plan add on and not the purchase of extra data etc?

Have you checked that the number you are sending it to is correct?
