How to change price plan to take advantage of 6gb for £5 offer

Hi, 

I've recently signed up for Smarty with the 4gb Voice, Text & Data plan for £6, but soon after signing up i can now see the 4gb package is available for £5. How do I go about changing price plan to the lowest amount because I'm seeing no option for this on my dashboard or in the app either?

Hello @srhawkes . I can't see that offer on the smarty page currently. Don't forget that the offers change every so often - it may have been last month's special.

You will normally be able to get any offer shown by contacting Support Team via web chat (there's none of this 'new customers only' rubbish).

Always worth trying your luck by starting a chat now, but that ship may have sailed and has been replaced by an offer on the Unlimited and 100Gb plans it seems.
