Hello, I have purchased a smarty unlimited data SIM, to use in my portable WiFi router (was with Vodafone previously). Since I switch to smarty my WiFi isn't working and I keep getting the message " connected to the WiFi, can't provide internet". I have already reset the router, changed to smarty APN and even tried to change the DNS settings manually, but nothing worked. I do get connection at time but after a bit it drops down completely. Never had this issues for the last 2 years with Vodafone. Has Anyone has experience anything similar and was able to resolve it ? Or any other suggestions? For context I do have another smarty SIM card which I use on my phone and tried in the router, but I get the same problems Thanks

@saschac_2356269 As your other Smarty sim is working, we know that you do have signal in your home; this suggests a router issue.
A quick internet search suggests that Vodafone routers are locked to the network.

I assume this is a 4G router.
Is the router unlocked to all UK networks ?
