I have had to put a new smarty SIM card in my phone I’ve had to due to harassment my uncle has given me a new smarty sim which he set up all I want to do is cancel that one and carry on with my plan with my new number please help

@elliotj_2175339 I don't fully understand the problem.
Your uncle started a new sim for you with a new number, correct?
You don't want your old number because someone was harassing you on it, correct?
Do you mean that you want credit for the unused part of your old plan? I don't think you will get it, but you could have a web chat with Smarty Support Team. If you do that, make sure the you explain everything clearly.

My uncle had a smarty sim that he set up for my nan but she didn’t use is all I want to do is change my plan I have currently for my old number and have it on my new number

@elliotj_2175339 If your nan din't use the sim for some time, are you sure it had not been deactivated?
You cannot move a number from one smarty sim to another smarty sim, if that is what you want to do.
