If I have used my EU fair use age data while on holiday can I use the rest of my plans data when I return from holiday to the uk?

Yes, you can, as long as you are on a plan that has more than 12 GB.

@KerryBu_1293377 The 12Gb limit applies to EU Roaming. As @JJP2RidesAgain says, if your plan has more data then you can carry on using it when back in the Uk for the rest of that month.
