Face time

Hi all, just transferred my number from 3 to Smarty number has transferred ok but when I face time my family it comes up with old  Smarty number and not my own number with my name,

Any ideas how to correct

Hello.

First thing I'd try is turn off iMessage and FaceTime, reboot the iPhone and turn them back on.  If that doesn't work then Reset Network Settings (Settings, General, Transfer or Reset iPhone, Reset, Reset Network Settings), this will clear your known wireless networks (annoying) but did fix my number porting issues.
